The Epiphany is of Greek origin and it means ‘Appearance’ the Roman Catholic Eastern & Anglican Churches celebrate the Feast on January 6th. The eastern churches recognise the Epiphany as the anniversary of the Baptism of Christ.

There will be an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) this Sunday 17th Dec at 7 p.m. in St. Senan’s Church, Kilrush.
Priests’ from both Pastoral Areas, Inis Cathaigh & Cois Fharraige will be available on the night.
FAMILY MASS NATIVITY Takes place Christmas Eve @ 6pm in St. Senan’s Kilrush.
Rehearsals on Wed 20th Dec @ 6pm in the Church.
St. Senan’s Parish Choir will lead us in song with many favourite Christmas Carols on Saturday 23rd Dec at 4pm in St. Senan’s Church.
All are welcome
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will not take place on Thursday 21 st Dec / Friday 22 nd Dec/ Thursday 28 th / Friday 29 th December.
Blessed Sacrament Chapel will reopen on Thursday 4 th January 2024.
