To date, things are as follows:

The second and final stage of the renovation has been continuing since September 4th. The cost of the total renovation is €5.2 million.

Fundraising to date has come to €1.6 million, broken down as follows:

1. Three Parish Draws: Year1 - €220K, Year2 - €180K, Year3 - €145K.
2. Envelope and Basket collections surplusing €100K yearly.

We now have borrowing requirements of €3.6 million. Diocesan support is required in respect of servicing interest on €1.8 million for 6 years. Our annual fundraising target is €382K.

A major part of the fundraising will be a Parish Draw over the next three years. This will begin in January 2007. We are hoping for a commitment that will be generous and widespread. Thank you, again, for your on-going generosity.
